Student Policy – Quranify Academy

At Quranify Academy, we strive to provide a respectful, engaging, and spiritually enriching learning environment. To ensure a smooth and effective experience for both students and tutors, we kindly ask all students and guardians to follow the policies outlined below:

1. Scheduling & Attendance

  • Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Students should join on time; tutors will wait up to 15 minutes.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are marked as unexcused and non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 12 hours before your class to cancel or reschedule.

  • Last-minute cancellations may result in a session being marked as used.

3. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain Islamic etiquette: respect, discipline, and focus during lessons.

  • Any inappropriate behavior may lead to warnings, suspension, or dismissal from the program.

4. Technology Requirements

  • A stable internet connection, working microphone, and a quiet space are essential for learning.

  • Quranify Academy is not responsible for sessions missed due to technical issues on the student’s end.

5. Academic Integrity

  • Students are encouraged to actively participate and complete their own assignments or memorization tasks.

  • Tutors provide support and guidance but do not assist with dishonest practices.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in advance for scheduled classes.

  • Refunds are only provided in special cases and are subject to review by the academy management.

7. Parental Involvement

  • For students under 13, a parent/guardian should be present at the start of sessions.

  • Parents are welcome to request progress updates from tutors or administration.
