1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using any services provided by Quranify Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or using the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Services

Quranify Academy offers one-on-one online Quran tutoring services, including:

• Quran Reading

• Tajweed and Memorization

• Islamic Studies

All classes are conducted online using secure video conferencing tools.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

• All classes must be scheduled in advance.

• Students are expected to attend sessions on time.

• Tutors will wait for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, the session may be marked as a no-show.

• Quranify Academy is not responsible for missed classes due to student delays or technical issues on the student’s side.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being marked as completed.

• Refunds are granted only under special circumstances and are subject to approval.

6. Code of Conduct

All students and guardians are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during sessions. Quranify Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for anyone violating our code of conduct, including but not limited to:

• Disruptive behavior

• Disrespectful communication

• Misuse of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Quranify Academy, including teaching materials, website content, videos, and logos, is the intellectual property of Quranify Academy. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quranify Academy is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

• Service interruptions due to technical issues

• Misuse of content by users

• Delays caused by internet service providers

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.

10. Modifications

Quranify Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
